Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours. Compensation Package– $90,000 - $110,000 / year The above compensation is a range. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in architectural design. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in large-scale multi-family project design is preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field required (equivalent experience considered for candidates without a bachelor’s degree). Licensed architect in one of the 50 states, with company-provided financial support for obtaining reciprocity in Washington. Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience using Revit. Strong understanding of building code, zoning regulations, and multifamily industry standards. Ability to lead design efforts with oversight. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in effective communication and teamwork. Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach. Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work. Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
