Aquatics Workers JobID: 4709 Position Type: Hourly/Aquatics Date Posted: 7/9/2026 Location: Community Education - Aquatics Closing Date: Open until filled Additional Information: Show/Hide Positions exist for Water Safety Instructors (WSI), Lifeguards, and Swim Club Coaches in the Community Education Aquatics Program for the 2025-2026 school year. WSI/Lifeguards: The hourly pay range is $15.11-$18.52. Daytime and evening hours are available. Applicants must have current American Red Cross certification in WSI and/or Lifeguard Training plus CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification. These certifications may be obtained through Community Education. Swim Club Coaches: The hourly pay range is $15.73-$20.19. Positions are for 8 to 9 week sessions throughout the year. Coaches will work 8 to 15 hours per week. To qualify applicants must have CPR, First Aid, and safety training for swim coaches or lifeguard training.
