Full-time experience is also required. - **Kid-Friendly:** Whether through work or volunteering, you should have at least 6 months of experience engaging with children. - **Customer Service Savvy:** A minimum of 6 months in a customer service job is required. - **Preferred Experience:** An aquatics background is preferred. Experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, education, recreation, or other roles focused on teaching and developing others is highly valued. - **Willing to Travel:** You should be open to visiting all Watermelon Swim locations. - **Certifications Needed:** Get trained in CPR/First Aid within 45 days, and Lifeguarding within 90 days of hitting the ground running with us. - **References:** Submit 2 letters of reference for consideration.
