What We're Looking For We're seeking an individual who: Has 1–3 years of machining or manufacturing experience. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Is eager to learn and develop their machining skills. Takes pride in producing quality work. Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Enjoys solving problems and working with their hands. Works well independently and as part of a team. What You'll Do Assist in the setup and operation of manual and CNC machine tools. Learn to manufacture and repair industrial components to precise specifications. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions. Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality requirements. Assist with equipment maintenance and shop organization. Work alongside experienced machinists and tradespeople on custom industrial projects. Develop knowledge of machining practices, tooling, materials, and manufacturing processes.
