Applications Support Senior Analyst

We are looking to hire an experienced **production support / SRE engineer** to support **business-critical digital asset platforms** (wallets, blockchain-connected systems, transaction processing). **We are looking for candidates from** **strong production engineering capability**. **Must-Have Skills** - 5–8 years’ experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering - Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems - Strong incident management & troubleshooting experience - Solid Linux / system-level debugging skills - Experience with real-time or distributed systems - Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus) - Scripting / automation experience (Python, Java, or similar) - Strong SQL / data investigation skills - Good communication skills (technical and business stakeholders) **Strongly Preferred Backgrounds** - Markets / Electronic Trading (highly relevant) - Payments platforms - FinTech / exchanges - SRE / platform engineering teams at scale **Nice to Have** - Any Digital Assets / Blockchain exposure - Wallets, custody, or node operations - Kubernetes / OpenShift - Security / key management knowledge **Education:** - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------------ ## **Job Family Group:** Technology ------------------------------------------------------ ## **Job Family:** Applications Support ------------------------------------------------------ ## **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ ## **Primary Location:** Irving Texas United States ------------------------------------------------------ ## **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $96,400.00 - $144,600.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
