The Application Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise application architectures that support organizational goals and business operations. The Application Architect collaborates with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to define architectural standards, optimize system performance, oversee application development initiatives, and support data warehousing and integration strategies across the organization. 1. Develop and document technical solutions, including front-end, back-end, database, integration, and cloud-based components. 3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. 5. Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, security requirements, and governance processes. 6. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. 7. Design, develop, and support APIs, system integrations, and service-oriented or microservices-based architectures. 8. Oversee database design, data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization efforts to ensure data integrity and system efficiency. 9. Design and support data warehousing solutions and data integration processes to meet reporting and analytics needs. 10. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. 11. Design, implement, and support clustered and high-availability environments to ensure business continuity and system resilience. 12. Review and approve technical designs, system configurations, and application deployments to ensure compliance with organizational standards. 13. Research emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements to the organization's application ecosystem. 14. Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, standards, and procedures. 15. Provide support for complex application issues, system upgrades, and strategic technology initiatives. 16. System Performance & Reliability: Strong experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing application architectures to ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. 5. Data Warehousing: Extensive knowledge of data warehouse architecture, design, implementation, and data integration strategies supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives. 6.
