This position is responsible for leading advanced support, troubleshooting, maintenance, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Cupid and related cardiovascular clinical workflows. The role partners with cardiology, cardiovascular services, procedural, imaging, operational, information services, and Epic/vendor stakeholders to improve cardiovascular documentation, orders, results, scheduling, procedure workflows, reporting, charging, and cross-application integration; ensure application reliability; and support safe, efficient patient care across the enterprise. **Essential Position Responsibilities** - Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic Cupid functionality, including cardiovascular workflow design, cardiology documentation, procedure workflows, imaging and results integration, application dependencies, integration points, and downstream impacts across the enterprise - Lead cardiovascular services stakeholders, cardiology providers, clinical and operational leaders, internal information services teams, and Epic/vendor partners in developing Cupid enhancements, optimization initiatives, and workflow improvement projects - Oversee Epic Cupid application design, build, configuration, maintenance, and validation to ensure functionality aligns with cardiovascular services operations, clinical documentation needs, procedural workflows, and end-user requirements - Perform complex analysis, build, implementation, and optimization of Epic Cupid workflows to support cardiology documentation, orders, results review, procedure documentation, structured reporting, scheduling, charging, imaging integration, and integrated clinical workflows - Meet regularly with cardiovascular services staff, cardiology providers, clinical leaders, operational leaders, imaging and procedural partners, and administrative teams to evaluate Cupid workflow issues, resolve system concerns, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, safety, care coordination, documentation integrity, and the end-user experience - Lead the development and execution of coordinated testing plans for Epic Cupid, including regression, unit, system, integrated, interface, device or imaging integration, charging, reporting, and user acceptance testing to ensure changes function as expected for end users and connected systems - Serve as a leading advocate for Epic Cupid user…
