As the face of our service team, you’ll represent a company with over 95 years of excellence, known for professionalism, customer care, and industry-leading expertise. ### Responsibilities - Respond to repair requests in residential and/or commercial settings. - Diagnose and repair appliances using our proven Grand Appliance methods. - Use tablet and/or smartphone technology to manage daily tasks. - Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed. - Handle other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly. ### Qualifications - A high school diploma or equivalent is required. - Previous experience in appliance servicing or repair is preferred. - A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record are required. - Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail. - Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs following Grand Appliance Safety protocols. - Customer service skills are required as you will be communicating with customers about their service. **About Us** Grand Appliance is a respected, family-owned appliance store committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service.
