Appeals Support Specialist Rate: $22/Hour Temporary 6 month role Training will be provided 100% Remote Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Prioritizes and reprioritizes workload while managing time effectively. Accurately and confidentially records documents and other information using OnBase, the shared system and/or MAS. Orders documentation from external stakeholders Indexes documentation within OnBase Creates and uploads case files in OnBase to ensure accurate reporting. Communicates with management regarding process improvements or trends. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 6 months’ work-related experience Proficiencies: Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills Attention to detail Ability to multi-task and adapt to change Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook What to Expect Next: After submitting your application, our recruiting team will review your qualifications.
