APP (NP/PA) - Interventional Cardiology

**When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.** **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Interventional Cardiology team on a full-time basis. **About the Role** - **Setting:** Burlington, MA - **Hours:** Full-time days, rotating \* NO call, NO weekends, NO major holidays - **Team:** Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Cardiologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Nurses. - **Focus:** Deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care to adult patients, with a focus on patients' pre- and post-interventional cardiovascular procedures. **What We're Looking For** The ideal candidate will have: - Strong clinical skills in Cardiovascular care, specifically interventional cardiology - Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting is strongly preferred - Excellent communication abilities. - The ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Commitment to patient-centered care. **Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do):** - Perform comprehensive Cardiovascular assessments and risk evaluations. - Diagnose & manage a broad range of CV conditions, including: - Coronary Artery Disease - Hypertension & Dyslipidemia - Valvular Disease - Arrhythmia & Heart Failure - Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans. - Coordinate care with Primary Care and subspecialty referrals. - Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. - Assist with team in-basket management. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical compliance. **Minimum Requirements:** - **License:** Current, unencumbered Massachusetts NP or PA License with prescriptive authority. - **Education:** Master’s Degree from an accredited NP or PA program. - **Certification:** Certification by a national board certifying organization. - **Experience:** NP/PA first-assist experience in cardiac setting (cath, EP labs) *Beth Israel Lahey Health, including all of its employing entities, are a purpose-driven, values-based organization that unites our workforce of people who provide exceptional health care to everyone we serve.
