Join the team behind Lonely Planet’s #1 eSIM—built for explorers, powered by NordVPN. **Your impact?** Helping people stay securely connected, wherever they go. ## **Main Responsibilities** - Develop data-driven hypotheses for in-app A/B tests across key marketing funnels (onboarding, paywall, upsell, retention) and maintain a structured testing roadmap and backlog; - Plan, prioritize, and manage the full A/B testing lifecycle — from hypothesis through execution to results analysis; - Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, analysts, and marketing stakeholders to scope, build, and launch experiments; - Define success metrics and KPIs for each test; ensure proper data tracking and instrumentation is in place for accurate measurement; - Monitor live experiments for data quality, statistical significance, and anomalies; proactively flag and remove blockers that could delay launches or compromise results; - Analyze test outcomes and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations; communicate status and results to relevant stakeholders throughout the process; - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each experiment (hypothesis, setup, audience, duration, results, next steps). ## **Core Requirements** - Experience in digital marketing, CRO, or growth — with hands-on A/B testing involvement; - Solid understanding of experimentation methodology: hypothesis design, sample sizing, statistical significance, common pitfalls; - Familiarity with mobile app development processes and release cycles; - Experience working with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel or similar); - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) — able to translate test results into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences; - Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong analytical thinking; - Rigorous attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and test setup; - Ability to manage multiple experiments in parallel in a fast-paced environment; - Self-motivated and self-managing — comfortable owning the process end to end; - Solid organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and stakeholder alignment. ## **What We Offer** **Innovate with industry leaders** Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world. **Learn & grow** Boost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
