Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges. ***What We Offer*** AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including: - **Expected pay rate of $75,000 - $90,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity.** You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. - **Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses**.
