Leasing Agent (Part-Time) Club 10 at The Resort at Hansen Park Kennewick, WA Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 12 Noon to 8 pm Club 10 is the lifestyle hub of The Resort at Hansen Park, delivering a hospitality-driven leasing experience unlike anything else in the Tri-Cities. We�re looking for a part-time Leasing Agent who enjoys meeting people, touring homes, and helping residents find a place they�re excited to call home. This is a great fit for candidates from property management, real estate, hotel front desk, luxury retail, banking, or customer service backgrounds who want flexible hours and growth opportunities. What You�ll Do Welcome prospects, residents, and guests with a friendly, professional approach Conduct engaging tours that highlight Club 10 amenities and lifestyle Answer questions about pricing, availability, and community features Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email Help prospects complete applications and understand next steps Support move-in preparation and resident welcome experiences Help keep leasing office, model units, and tour paths ready for showings Ensure listings and information are accurate across platforms Assist with events and resident interactions Provide excellent service that reflects Club 10 hospitality standards What We�re Looking For Customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred Friendly and professional communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems Available weekends and peak hours Bilingual Spanish speakers are a big plus Why Club 10 Club 10 is part of one of the Tri-Cities� most exciting new lifestyle communities.
