Working here you’ll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide. **What You’ll Work On** - - Lead, coach, and develop a team of laboratory technicians, including recruitment, onboarding, training, goal setting, and performance management - Plan, allocate, and manage laboratory resources and schedules, including oversight of the Kronos Time and Attendance system - Coordinate and prioritize internal and third-party laboratory testing to meet release timelines, market demands, and performance metrics - Review and approve batch documentation, including audit trails, and authorize test results in LIMS - Ensure all laboratory activities comply with SOPs, GMP, EHS, and quality standards; review SOPs regularly and ensure team adherence - Develop, update, and implement QA procedures, SOPs, and analytical test methods; lead periodic reviews and continuous improvement initiatives - Oversee in-process, finished product, and incoming ingredient analytical testing - Maintain equipment reliability by ensuring timely preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and coordination of repairs - Support laboratory-related investigations (LIRs, QRs), identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) - Support key laboratory projects, including me…
