About The Role We are seeking a Project Development Analyst to support strategic initiatives within our Operations team and enhance operational excellence across the company. This is a highly cross-functional, opportunity for a mission-driven individual to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced renewable energy environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or emerging professionals with 1+ years of experience who enjoy working with data, improving processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making. As a Project Development Analyst, you will work closely with project managers, engineering, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are advanced efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and organizational skills with a passion for renewable energy and a collaborative mindset. Candidates with engineering backgrounds are preferred but not required.
