We are seeking an Analyst, Principal, and Income Processing for our Corporate Action Asset Servicing team. This role is vital for ensuring timely and accurate handling of Corporate Action events, including dividends, principal, and interest payments. The Asset Services Analyst plays a crucial role in managing Corporate Action events, focusing on timely and accurate processing. This role demands strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while minimizing risks. The analyst will work closely with internal and external partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient cash and stock distribution. ### Responsibilities - Handle mandatory events for US Legal entities, including dividends, principal, interest, and maturities. - Monitor and reconcile security holdings and cash accounts, ensuring accurate records. - Identify and resolve trading breaks and discrepancies promptly. - Coordinate with internal teams and custodians for accurate instruction processing. - Adhere to regulatory requirements, especially client asset segregation (CASS). - Allocate cash and stock distribution from custodians efficiently. - Resolve payable and receivable claims, ensuring smooth financial operations. - Communicate with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates. - Perform root cause analysis on operational issues, offering solutions. ### Qualifications - Technical knowledge of financial instruments and securities settlement processes. - Strong analytical skills for data analysis and issue resolution. - Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in data management. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement. - Experience in a similar role or industry, preferably in asset servicing or corporate actions. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in the financial industry. - A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. #LI-DV1
