The role focuses on ensuring highly available, scalable, and efficient environments while supporting complex digital operations. You will act as a technical reference in SRE practices, helping teams improve performance, automation, and cloud maturity. The position combines hands-on engineering with strategic consulting, working closely with technical and business stakeholders. You will contribute to cloud optimization initiatives, infrastructure evolution, and cost management through FinOps practices. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where continuous learning, innovation, and impactful technology solutions are highly valued. ### Accountabilities: The professional will be responsible for driving reliability, scalability, and efficiency across cloud environments, acting as a technical reference for SRE and infrastructure practices. The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with different teams to deliver secure and optimized solutions. - Act as a technical reference for SRE, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure within supported teams and client environments. - Analyze cloud environments in GCP and/or AWS, identifying opportunities for technical improvements and cost optimization. - Implement FinOps strategies, including resource rightsizing, cloud cost management, and efficiency improvements. - Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines to improve automation, reliability, and delivery processes. - Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring scalable and maintainable environments. - Guarantee availability, performance, and scalability of production environments. - Support cloud migration initiatives, including transitions between different cloud platforms. - Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments. - Implement and improve monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, and cloud-native monitoring services. - Provide consultative support, communicating technical recommendations clearly with engineering teams and business stakeholders. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced SRE/DevOps professional with strong cloud infrastructure expertise and a track record of improving reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
