AML Business Analyst

You will help identify potential risks while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and strong documentation standards. - Review assigned cases to identify potential matches and assess relevant customer information. - Analyze key demographic details including names, variations or translations, dates of birth, ages, and addresses or locations. - Apply established decision-making frameworks to determine whether cases should be cleared or escalated for further review. - Document investigation findings, rationale, and case dispositions for quality assurance and compliance review. - Support Level 1 analysts by providing accurate analysis and detailed case documentation. - Manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency. - Follow AML policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the review process. - Collaborate with internal teams to support effective risk identification and resolution. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with an interest in financial crime prevention, compliance operations, and risk management.
