Our partner is looking for a AMI Program Manager - Curriculum, Programming and Digital Lead, Allergan Aesthetics (18-Month Contract) based in Canada.** This role offers the opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and evolution of advanced educational programs within the aesthetics and healthcare space. You will manage strategic initiatives that support healthcare professionals through impactful learning experiences, digital content, and innovative programming. Working across marketing, medical, regulatory, sales, and international teams, you will help shape educational strategies that improve knowledge, skills, and patient outcomes. You will oversee program development from concept refinement through execution, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and measurable impact. The position combines project leadership, digital innovation, content strategy, and relationship management with industry experts. You will join a collaborative environment focused on advancing education, improving experiences, and driving meaningful outcomes in aesthetic medicine. ### Accountabilities: The AMI Program Manager will be responsible for managing national and regional educational initiatives, supporting digital learning experiences, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic programs. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate educational strategies into impactful execution. - Support the strategic development and execution of assigned educational programs for advanced and faculty healthcare professional audiences. - Transform program concepts into detailed execution plans, including audience targeting, faculty selection, content development, and speaker preparation. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish pre-program and post-program action plans. - Partner with international teams to leverage existing educational content while adapting best practices for local needs. - Act as the on-site lead for live and virtual educational programs, coordinating faculty, clinical teams, sales representatives, and other stakeholders. - Define and monitor program KPIs focused on advancing professional knowledge, improving skills, and supporting better patient outcomes. - Manage digital education initiatives, including online content development, social media initiatives, and digital platform optimization. - Support campaigns designed to increase engagement and registrations through digital marketing tools. - Collaborate with digital, technology, and international teams to improve user experience and platform performance. - Analyze online course usage, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance educational offerings. - Support the creation and optimization of digital assets and creative materials for educational initiatives. - Monitor assigned budget components, provide reporting, and support effective resource allocation. - Work with medical and regulatory teams to ensure content compliance and obtain necessary approvals. - Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager with a background in healthcare education, commercial initiatives, or the aesthetics industry.
