## Overview Come join a great team at URBN Playground! urbnplayground.com/careers ## Description ### **Amenity Attendant / Porter** **Job Summary:** The Amenity Attendant/Porter is responsible for ensuring guest amenity areas are safe, organized, well-stocked, and ready for use while providing exceptional customer service. This role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining the functionality and presentation of amenity spaces and responding promptly to guest needs. This is a 40 hour a week position. **Hours**: 6am-2pm ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor amenity areas such as pools, fitness centers, lounges, locker rooms, and common spaces to ensure they are safe and ready for guest use. - Set up and arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies for guest use and special events. - Stock towels, toiletries, refreshments, and other guest amenities as needed. - Assist guests with information, and requests in a friendly and professional manner. - Monitor amenity areas for safety hazards and report maintenance or repair needs promptly. - Transport supplies and equipment throughout the property as needed. - Conduct routine inspections to ensure amenities are fully operational and meet company standards. - Respond promptly to guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary. - Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and service standards. ## Requirements ### **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an asset. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand or walk for extended periods. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ### **Key Skills:** - Customer service - Time management - Teamwork - Organization - Attention to detail - Physical stamina - Problem-solving - Communication skills - Dependability
