Italic 正在深圳招聘一名亚马逊广告与增长经理，重点负责 Amazon PPC、关键词策略、预算效率和促销增长。这个岗位不是纯执行，需要能把广告数据与 Listing、价格、库存和利润联系起来。 工作职责 • 规划并优化 Sponsored Products、Sponsored Brands 和 Sponsored Display。 • 管理预算、竞价、搜索词、否定关键词和商品投放。 • 跟踪 ACOS、TACOS、ROAS、CTR、CVR、自然排名和贡献利润。 • 建立广告测试计划，评估新词、新素材、新 ASIN 和促销增量。 • 与内容、运营和库存团队协作，避免广告增长造成缺货或利润损失。 任职要求 • 常驻深圳，2 年以上 Amazon PPC 实操经验。 • 能展示实际账户、预算规模、优化方法和量化结果。 • 熟练使用 Seller Central、Advertising Console 和数据表格。 • 理解 Listing 转化、FBA 库存、定价和促销之间的关系。 English Italic is hiring an Amazon PPC & Growth Manager in Shenzhen to own paid search, keyword strategy, budget efficiency, and promotional growth across Amazon. Responsibilities • Build and optimize SP, SB, and SD campaigns across bids, search terms, negatives, and product targeting. • Report on ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, organic rank, and contribution margin. • Run a disciplined testing roadmap for keywords, creative, ASINs, and promotional offers. • Coordinate with listing, inventory, and merchandising owners so growth remains profitable and in stock. Requirements • Based in Shenzhen with 2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience. • Able to discuss real account structures, budget levels, optimization decisions, and measured outcomes. • Strong analytical skills and practical understanding of listing conversion, pricing, and FBA inventory.
