As a DSP, we operate independently but work closely with Amazon to ensure timely and professional deliveries to customers’ doors. **💡 Why Work With Us as an Amazon DSP Delivery Driver?** - **Competitive Pay**: Starting at **$21.50/hour** - **Company Vehicle Provided**: Amazon-branded van – **no CDL required** - **Comprehensive Benefits**: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses - **Paid Training + Uniforms Provided + Credit for Safety Shoes (Zappos)** - **Shifts:** Can last up to 10 hours per day - **Flexible Scheduling**: Full-time & part-time positions available - **Veteran-Friendly Employer** – Military veterans are encouraged to apply **🚛 Delivery Driver Responsibilities** - **Safely** operate an **Amazon delivery van** to transport and deliver packages - Follow GPS routes and delivery instructions using a handheld device - Load, unload, and deliver packages up to **50 lbs** to customers’ doorsteps - Physically step in and out of delivery van 200 times per day. - Work independently while staying active on your route - Provide excellent customer service while representing Amazon with professionalism - Adapt to traffic, weather, and route changes while maintaining safety standards - **Commit to safety practices while driving and handling products** ## Qualifications - **Must be at least 21 years of age** - **Valid driver's license and clean driving record** - **Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading goods.** - **Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.** - **1-2 years of driving experience preferred, but not required** - **Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
