As a **Lead Custodian**, you'll help keep our facilities spotless while supporting a company that values the environment, community, and your personal growth. ### About Verde Founded in 2019 and proudly minority-owned, **Verde Clean** delivers eco-friendly facility services with a strong focus on **sustainability**, **safety**, and **social impact**. From schools to offices, we help people across the U.S. live and work in healthier environments - and we give back through paid volunteer time and community engagement. **SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday; 6am - 2:30pm **PAY**: 19.00 **What You'll Do** As a Lead Custodian, you'll ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all. - **Daily Cleaning**: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more. - **Restock & Refill**: Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers. - **Monitor Safety**: Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment. - **Support the Team**: Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors. ### **Why Join Verde?** - **Positive Culture**: We celebrate our values-**Safety, Sustainability, Social Impact, and Awesomeness**-every day. Leadership experience a plus. - **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. - **Skills**: Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures.
