***POSITION SUMMARY:*** Grinder B is a basic grinder. They are responsible for a basic grind before, in between and after lamination removing any imperfections. ***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** - Basic grinding on boat - Must be able to follow tool maintenance - Ability to work alone when needed - Housekeeping - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED ***EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:*** - Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Certificate(s) or License(s): None - Years of experience: None ***KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:*** - Must be able to climb a ladder - Must be able to use both hands - Must be able to wear a respirator or dust mask ***TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:*** - NA ***PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Regularly walks and stands. Occasionally lifts up to 50lbs. Seldom/never performs computer work or sits. ***INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT***: Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
