**This role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies\*\*** **Aluminum Door Fabricator** **What Brought You Here** - Pay starting at: $19.00 depending on experience - Quarterly Safety bonus opportunities - Shift Days and Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour lunch OT as required - Benefits starting **DAY ONE!** **Who You Are:** - Results driven - Safety First Mindset - Team Player **What You Will Be Doing:** - Assemble doors, frame, and fixed frames based on provided designs stock using drills, and other tools. - Attaches hardware and lock preparations as appropriate. - Keeps work area in a neat, safe, clean, hazard free condition. - Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at the end of each day. - Must be able to read a tape measure. - Inspects products for any abnormalities and notifies supervisor immediately of any issues. - Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed. - Work as part of a team. - Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks. - Adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job. - Follow all company rules and policies. - A history of great work attendance. - Sense of urgency with the ability to advance in the organization. - Performs other duties as assigned **Skills You Bring:** - Ability to accurately read a tape measure required - Proficiency in operating machinery. - Attention to detail. - Ability to use power tools. - Previous custom door experience a plus - Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs. unassisted. - Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance. - Must be able to push weights greater than 150lbs with a team. - Must be able to stand for long periods. - Must have strong hand-eye coordination/Detail Oriented. - Must be able to follow instructions from Supervisor, Plant Manager and Ops Manager. **Why Trulite:** **Trulite** offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
