If you're looking for a shop where your skills are valued and you can earn a strong, consistent paycheck, we'd like to meet you. ## What We Offer - Competitive hourly or flat-rate compensation based on experience - A busy service department with a steady flow of work - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid Time Off & Vacation - Paid Holidays - Life & Disability Insurance - Factory training and career development opportunities - Tuition Reimbursement - Service Awards - Wisely & DailyPay ## What You'll Do - Perform four-wheel alignments using state-of-the-art alignment equipment - Inspect steering and suspension components for wear or damage - Diagnose alignment, tire wear, and suspension concerns - Recommend necessary repairs to restore proper vehicle handling and safety - Replace and adjust steering and suspension components as needed - Perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotations when required - Maintain accurate repair documentation - Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe - Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service ## What We're Looking For - Previous experience performing wheel alignments in a dealership or automotive repair environment - Knowledge of steering, suspension, and tire systems - Ability to diagnose alignment and suspension-related concerns accurately - Experience using computerized alignment equipment - ASE certifications are a plus but not required - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ## Why Work Here?
