As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships, developing pricing strategies, and driving business growth across intra-Mexico and cross-border operations. This role blends day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Customer Development & Management - Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries. - Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue. - Conduct business reviews and performance reporting. Pricing & Quoting - Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services. - Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data. - Deliver accurate and timely quotes. Strategic Contribution - Participate in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities. - Align sales initiatives with company growth objectives. Administrative & Reporting - Track KPIs and deliver reports to leadership. - Utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting. - Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
