This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn. Job duties include: - Understand and have the skill set to operate the paint equipment. - General knowledge of the customer painting specifications that apply. - Wear and understand the proper PPE that is required for operation of the paint line - Understand and abide by the qualify policy for Max Aerostructures - Able to determine mixing requirements, zahn requirements and all other paint prep requirements - Capable of determining part readiness for paint and painting guidelines - Responsible for reviewing the paint line daily ensuring all calibration is up to date as well as the manometers an filter systems are functioning properly - Understand how to set up parts for paint operations. - Ensure that a quality product is being produced by the paint line and that it is in accordance with the customers specification where requirements are flowed down through work orders and procedures. - Generally trained on all other operations of the processing facility for additional resources in other areas when needed.
