Senior AI Workflow Architect Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise automation? As an AI Workflow Architect, you will own the end-to-end design of agentic AI workflows that automate critical commercial and after-sales processes. In this role, you will translate complex business workflows into orchestrated, governed multi-agent systems built on the Microsoft AI stack. Your designs will prioritize human-in-the-loop controls, cost efficiency, and enterprise-grade scalability right from the start. Key Responsibilities: • Agentic Architecture: Design advanced agentic workflow architectures, including agent orchestration, tool utilization, memory/context handling, and human-in-the-loop approval patterns for commercial and after-sales use cases. • Reference Standards: Define and maintain reference architectures and design standards across the Microsoft AI stack (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric). • Risk & Control Optimization: Design optimized human-in-the-loop workflows, ensuring approval, escalation, and exception-handling patterns strike the perfect balance between high automation rates and commercial risk management. • Cost Management: Own AI cost optimization across the agent estate by managing model selection and routing, context retention, caching, and token budgeting. • Enterprise Deployment: Plan and manage enterprise-level agent deployments and rollouts across multiple languages, countries, and departments, including phased autonomy expansion. • System Integration: Specify secure integrations between AI agents and core enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, service management platforms) via secure in-perimeter APIs. • Governance & Compliance: Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Governance teams to meet rigorous security, compliance, auditability, and responsible-AI requirements. • Innovation: Evaluate emerging agent frameworks and orchestration tooling to drive strategic build, buy, or configure decisions. Role Scope & Requirements: (Senior / Principal Architect) • Scope & Autonomy: Sets the global reference architecture for agentic AI workflows across all commercial digital initiatives. You will set standards adopted by engineering teams, manage multiple concurrent use cases, and make independent architectural decisions. • Complexity: Manages multi-agent orchestration across heterogeneous enterprise systems, multiple countries, and legal entities. • Accountability: End-to-end accountability for the architectural integrity, scalability, cost efficiency, and governance compliance of the platform, as well as enterprise rollout readiness. • Experience Required: 8+ years in software/solution architecture, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience designing agentic or LLM-based systems in production. o Expert-level, hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI stack. o Proven experience managing multi-language, multi-country enterprise rollouts. Key Skills & Competencies • Deep understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, prompt/tool design, and human-in-the-loop workflow design. • Knowledge of AI cost optimization (model routing, context, and token management at scale). • Strong integration skills using REST APIs, connectors, and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Graph). • Familiarity with security, compliance, and responsible-AI governance in regulated enterprise environments. • Structured documentation skills and excellent communication; ability to explain complex architectural trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership Behaviours & Expectations At our company, we expect our architects to lead by example through three core pillars: • Inspire Your People: Communicate an exciting vision, simplify complexity, and plan for the long-term interest of the business. Bring positive energy, drive, and ambition, while remaining respectful, inclusive, and learning from setbacks. • Strengthen Your Team: Set a high bar for ex…
