**Job Title: AI Senior Scientist, Rare Cancer Discovery** **Location:** **Waltham, MA** **Essential Skills/Experience:** - A PhD in Cancer biology/immunology, bio-engineering, or related interdisciplinary fields - 1 year of post-doctoral experience - Strong background in machine learning and automation - Strong background in cancer biology or immunology - Experience with multi-color flow cytometry to evaluate mouse and/or human immune cells and functions. - Ability to independently design and execute research plans for one or more programs, and to review, analyze, and interpret experimental results. - Ability to draft, execute and record protocols and experiments in a timely manner and maintain an excellent laboratory notebook. - Job complexity is high and requires ability to work with high degree of independence. - Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills together with evidence of having used these to support problem solving and delivery in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Proven track record of success in your research and experience preparing written scientific reports and oral presentations. **Desirable Skills/Experience:** - Experience with in vivo cancer models - Knowledge of CNS biology or neuroimmunology. - Experience with single-cell RNA sequencing and multi-fluorescence data analysis. *The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $116,284 to $174,426.* *Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
