This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced AI professional passionate about building the next generation of intelligent software solutions. ### Accountabilities - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging large language models, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches. - Integrate enterprise AI services and build production-ready AI capabilities using cloud-based AI platforms. - Develop context-aware prompts that incorporate relevant business data and improve the accuracy and usefulness of AI-generated responses. - Create, maintain, and optimize AI prompt templates and expand prompt libraries to support evolving product requirements. - Implement model selection strategies to balance performance, scalability, and inference costs by routing workloads to appropriate AI models. - Build and maintain audit logging systems for AI interactions, ensuring traceability, governance, and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions. - Implement, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency. - Conduct experiments, analyze results, and communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - Develop documentation for AI architectures, models, workflows, and best practices. - Stay current with emerging AI research, LLM advancements, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior AI/ML engineers and team members. ### **Requirements** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, including machine learning, NLP, and deep learning applications. - Strong hands-on experience with prompt engineering and designing effective LLM-based workflows. - Deep interest in artificial intelligence research and emerging AI technologies. - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with the Python AI/ML ecosystem. - Solid understanding of LLM concepts, information retrieval, recommendation systems, predictive AI, and AI application architectures. - Experience working with data engineering workflows, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and preparation for LLM applications. - Familiarity with external AI APIs, inference platforms, and hosted model services. - Good understanding of AWS services and cloud-based AI solutions. - Experience with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn is preferred. - Strong software engineering background with experience building reliable production systems. - Experience working with large-scale datasets in production environments is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to work independent…
