AI & GenAI Solution Architect

Leading contributor individually and as a team member. Provides direction, specialist knowledge and mentoring in applying the latest technology/application in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to address company objectives, resolving complex needs and issues in a creative and effective way. 1. Innovation and research: Stay updated on AI trends, assess applicability, and integrate best practices into presales 2. Presales process optimization: Collaborate to design proof of concepts enhancing presales strategies. 3. Integration and support: Drive AI tool integration, adoption, and monitor performance for continuous improvement. Collaboration and communication: Work with teams to deliver clear, actionable AI solutions for non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Designs the architecture for AI-driven applications, focusing on usability, scalability, security, and performance. Manage the AI & GenAI work streams, ensuring alignment with EMEA Apps and CoE goals, including CoE task automation and presales optimization. Guide the team in implementing best practices for AI and development, including review and approve the work of the team members. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Thorough knowledge of and experience with EMEA Center of Excellence (CoE) services and operations, enabling defining new services and automation of operations aligned to the future direction of the CoE. 5-10 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools in primary industries. Thorough knowledge of system and application value and capabilities. Demonstrated solution definition and presentation skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written and verbal communication. Ability to travel as needed. A BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable. Fulfils function related tasks, responsibilities and requirements assigned by line management via email, relevant internal applications, tools, workspaces, HCM annual evaluation and goals. Assessment criteria Assessment criteria and Performance Goals relate to the employee’s job specific competencies and tasks, which are graded through the appraisal process. The assessment criteria are set down yearly by the employer, for each job individually and are found in the HCM application which can be referred to at any time by the Oracle employees. The evaluation procedure is described in the Company’s Internal Policies.
