AI Deployment Strategist Snapshot: $180K–$200K base + bonus + equity (0.075%) · San Francisco or New York City · On-site (5 days) · No visa sponsorship · 2–5 yrs consulting / customer-facing tech THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is a Series A AI company (~27 people, founded 2023, $22M raised) building an AI-driven accounts-receivable platform that automates invoicing, cash application, and collections for enterprises. You'll own customer deployments from kickoff to go-live, ideally bringing a top-tier consulting background. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead end-to-end AI deployments — discovery and workflow mapping through configuration, go-live, and adoption. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from frontline operators to executive sponsors. Collaborate closely with engineering and product, translating customer feedback into roadmap decisions. Troubleshoot product issues in the field, document edge cases, and drive resolution. Develop deep technical fluency to become the go-to expert for customers. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 90 days: own live deployments and become fluent in the product. First year: drive successful go-lives and adoption, and help shape the deployment function. MUST-HAVES 2–5 years in management consulting (e.g. MBB, Big Four) or a similar customer-facing role; exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; strong client-facing and executive presentation skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; genuine interest in AI. NICE-TO-HAVES Fintech, ERP, or finance-operations exposure; experience with AI/LLM tooling and integrations. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $180K–$200K base (USD, flexible by experience), performance bonus, meaningful equity (0.075%), unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision, daily lunch.
