AI Consultant / Developer

Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world! # Overview Acquire Intelligence is seeking a passionate and creative AI Consultant/Developer based in Manila. This role combines solution prototyping, client-facing demonstration, and applied AI development across a range of use cases. The role includes building broad AI-powered automations such as process optimisation, intelligent workflows, and low-code integrations, as well as conversational and voice-based AI. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on experimentation, rapidly learns new tools, and wants to create useful, tangible solutions that deliver value for clients. # Key Responsibilities - **Applied AI Development & Automation:** - Design and rapidly prototype AI solutions, including process automation, workflow optimisation, and data-driven tools. - Use code/no-code/low-code platforms (n8n, Make.com, Power Automate, etc.) and APIs to create scalable, integrated AI workflows. - Design, create, and maintain multi-modal conversational AI agents for use cases such as receptionist, multilingual support, and service workflows. - Evaluate new frameworks, tools, and integration platforms as part of POC/MVP builds. - **Client Demonstration & Stakeholder Engagement:** - Be the SME and showcase working prototypes to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly articulating how each solution works and the value it delivers. - Communicate ideas in an engaging and confident way, especially during live walkthroughs and AI Lab sessions. - Translate feedback from demos into improved solution design. - **Internal Innovation & Collaboration:** - Collaborate with the broader AI Lab team to explore new ideas, validate hypotheses, and run internal experiments. - Help identify opportunities to apply AI-based solutions across clients and verticals. - When not delivering to clients, contribute to internal product development and reusable solution assets. # What We’re Looking For - **Must-Have Mindset & Attributes:** - A deep curiosity and passion for AI and automation. You're someone who builds for fun, follows new developments, and wants to stay ahead. - Flexibility to pick up new platforms, tools, and frameworks as needed. - Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions whether through work, freelance, or side projects. - Practical experience building with LLMs, SLMs, RAG, STT/TTS, NLP, or machine learning pipelines. - **Consulting & Communication:** - Demonstrated consultative approach: confidence in leading client workshops, delivering technical demos, and gathering/defining business requirements. - Strong written and spoken English for technical documentation and client interactions. - **Pre-Sales & MVP/POC:** - Hands-on experience designing and delivering POC/MVP projects; demonstrated ability to collaborate with pre-sales or business development/BD teams. - **Mindset:** - Self-starter comfortable in remote-first, high-growth environments; experience working cross-functionally and independently. - Analytical thinker with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. # Desirable - Experience in solution architecture or full-stack software development, scripting with Python, JavaScript, or similar. - Familiarity with platforms such as VAPI, Retell.ai, ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Twilio, Streamlit, Supabase, or comparable. - Exposure to CRM workflows, contact centre/BPO stacks, RPA, analytics, or low-code/no-code automation is highly desirable. - Prior experience in international teams or servicing global/US/ANZ clients. - Experience in highly consultative SaaS, BPO, or CX automation environments.
