AI Artist (Generalist)

Scopely is looking for an AI Artist (Generalist) to join our Bingo Bash team in Bangalore on a Hybrid basis! The Bingo Bash team is home to bingo, cards, slots and more! Here you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues, and help create fresh content for our players. What You’ll Do: This role is ideal for an artist passionate about leveraging AI to enhance creativity while maintaining high-quality, hand-crafted aesthetics. This role involves training AI models, creating game assets and integrating AI-generated content into production pipelines. You will work closely with Artists and Tech Artists to explore, iterate, and refine visual styles while leveraging AI-powered tools. AI Art Model Training & Refinement: Train and fine-tune AI art models to generate high-quality, stylized outputs that align with the project's artistic vision AI-Driven Content Generation Support: Utilize Stable Diffusion, Flux, and proprietary or licensed interfaces to generate and enhance visual assets Collaboration & Iteration: Partner with Leadership, Art teams, Tech Art teams, and Production teams to ensure AI-generated assets align with project objectives Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation, share feedback with internal and external Artists, and contribute to process improvements Research & Innovation: Stay informed about AI-art advancements and explore new workflows to enhance creative development What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in AI art and 2D art within the game industry Strong portfolio demonstrating art fundamentals (composition, color, style consistency) Practical experience with generative art tools (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, A1111, or equivalents) Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator (Blender is a plus) Understanding of game asset pipelines and optimization for mobile Familiarity with dataset curation, tagging, and model training workflows Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand/style fidelity Curiosity and adaptability to experiment with new creative workflows Bonus: Exposure to 3D modeling tools (Blender, ZBrush) Basic knowledge of 3D modeling or animation. Experience in mobile game development. Familiarity with Jira and Clickup workflows.
