Agile Transformation Coach (Extensive US Travel Required)

You'll work directly with our CompassX program manager, learning the playbook firsthand before taking it out to additional sites. A key part of this is implementing new solutions, tools, technology, and ways of working. This role will be essential in bringing stakeholders and users along in this transformation. Air travel within the US and across the Americas is essential to this success, so you should only apply if you are based within the US and comfortable with regular visits to plant locations to roll out this work. Ideally, you will be based near a major well-connected airport hub.
