Agile Coach

**BT-350 – Agile Coach** Skill Level- Expert Herndon, VA (fully on-site, no remote option) **\*\*Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.\*\*** **Required Skills:** - Demonstrated experience managing and delivering Agile consulting engagements - Demonstrated experience providing instruction and mentoring as relates to Agile development methods and technical skills development - Demonstrated experience managing projects, tracking schedules and milestones - Demonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutions - Demonstrated experience with Jira - Demonstrated experience with Confluence **Work Requirements:** - Manage and deliver Agile consulting engagements to client partners - Promote and use Agile methodologies such as Sprint Planning, Scrum, coaching, training - Provide instructional and mentoring support to partners project teams as relates to Agile development methods and technical skills development - Execute customized coaching to partners and the IC - Provide briefings on using and implementing Agile methodologies to a variety of audiences - Create, update and maintain Agile support documentation in the client's document repository and report portals; and provide status to the client upon request - Ensure follow-up with partners on potential requirements for new or additional services or support - Support the day-to-day activities of the client - Support release and configuration management - Work closely with the client and stakeholders to ensure the Product Backlog, stored in client-provided tool, is continually and regularly maintained in alignment with the Agile cadence to ensure the necessary Release and Sprint Backlog items (epics and user stories) are defined with acceptance criteria and prioritized by the partners prior to the start of each release and sprint.
