Our culture is about exceeding our customers' expectations and providing a place for our employees to make a career. ## Job Description **Scope of Position** Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department. **Major Duties and Responsibilities** - Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow - Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system - Understand all the elements of Ocean DLSOP in Indonesia and correctly interpret this information to fulfill our customers’ instructions and expectations. - Track and Trace Ocean Export Files and reporting - Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations - Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity - Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs - Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) - Utilize all technology tools available in the company to perform customer service and operations duties. - Escalation of problems to Management when necessary ## Qualifications - Understanding of ocean documentation process a plus - Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results - Pro-active, strong organizational skills - Good computer skills (Excel, Word) - Must be ready to work overtime if/when necessary. - Fluent in English ## Additional Information - **Application Closing: Jul. 31st, 2026**
