WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most while building a rewarding career in insurance sales. - Work agency-provided leads to help clients find the right insurance solutions. - Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationship building. - Educate clients on their coverage options and recommend personalized insurance plans. - Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products. - Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service before and after the sale. - Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, retail, automotive, or another customer-focused industry. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. - Willingness to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty License and Michigan Life & Health License.
