About the Role We are seeking a driven, analytical, and relationship-focused Agency Partnerships Associate to join our fast-paced and expanding Consumer team. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale AppLovin’s agency partnerships channel from the ground up, sitting at the intersection of performance marketing and partnerships within the rapidly growing Consumer space. In this partner-facing role, you'll be the primary point of contact for agency partners by onboarding them onto AppLovin's platform, enabling their teams, and helping them drive measurable results for their clients. You'll develop deep relationships with agency stakeholders, from day-to-day media buyers to senior leadership, and serve as a trusted expert and advocate You’ll also work closely with AppLovin’s internal business development,product, and marketing teams to shape how we go to market through the agency channel. Responsibilities Own the onboarding experience for new partners, ensuring they and their clients are set up for success on AppLovin’s platform. Build and nurture strong relationships with agency contacts at all levels, including media buyers, strategists, creative teams and decision makers. Act as a strategic advisor to agency partners, helping them develop campaign strategies that deliver strong outcomes for their clients. Help partners set up new campaigns for success by leveraging best practices for creative and performance targets. Define and track success metrics for agency partners and their portfolio of clients; proactively identify opportunities to grow their business.
