This position is perfect for passionate educators looking to make a difference in the lives of children while collaborating with a dedicated team in Brooklyn, NY. **Requirements:** - Minimum High School diploma - Previous experience working with young children and passion for early childhood education - Background checks as required by state regulations. - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. **Compensation:** $17.00-$19.00/hr based on qualifications **Responsibilities:** - Available Monday- Friday 11:30am-6:00pm - Support lead teachers by assisting with lesson plans and classroom activities. - Engage with children in various age groups, fostering a love for learning. - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all students. - Facilitate play-based learning and hands-on activities. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development. - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment. - Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. **About Us:** The Learning Experience-Clinton Hill provides high-quality care and learning for children.
