This is a part-time, seasonal position supporting school based enrichment programs during the academic year. **How You'll Make an Impact** - Lead engaging enrichment classes that help students develop new skills, express their creativity, and discover new passions. - Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels encouraged to participate, learn, and succeed. - Design and deliver hands on lessons that build toward a culminating project, performance, exhibition, or showcase. - Build meaningful relationships with students, families, school staff, and YMCA Team Members while serving as a positive role model. - Help create high quality enrichment experiences that promote achievement, belonging, and positive youth development while supporting YMCA program standards. **Schedule** This is a **part-time position** that follows the school calendar. Enrichment Leaders typically work **Monday through Friday on school days**, with shifts generally scheduled between **2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.**, averaging **18 to 21 hours per week**.
