After School Nanny – Rye, NY A family in Rye, NY 10580 is seeking an experienced and compassionate after school nanny for their 8 year old and 5 year old starting Sept 2nd. Schedule: Monday- Thursday 2:30pm-6:30pm Fridays are a possibility Family Specifications: Smoke-free home Pet-free home Parents value open communication and building a long-term relationship with the right caregiver Responsibilities: Transportation from school to home (0.5 miles from home) Active homework assistance and academic encouragement for the 8-year-old Light housekeeping related to children ( prepping kids' snacks, wiping down the table, having kids tidy their play areas) Maintain a safe and nurturing environment Requirements: Prior childcare experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred: CPR and First Aid certified Compensation: $33–$35 per hour (commensurate with experience) All candidates will be subject to a background check.
