(Pay is tracked and applied only when actively managing calls, coordinating shifts, or providing direct care.) on call pay is $3/hour - **Shift:** 1 weekend per month (the 3rd weekend of the month) from Friday at 4pm to Monday at 8am. Additional after-hours schedule from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM for weekday evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage occasionally is available as well. - **Weekly Pay:** Direct deposit for your convenience **JOB SUMMARY** ***\*\*WELLSKY SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!!!*** The On-Call Scheduler ensures smooth operations outside regular business hours by managing caregiver call-offs, arranging shift coverage, and, in rare cases, providing direct care for critical shifts. This role operates from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM during the week days, 24/7 on the weekends and includes some random coverage outside of these timeframes to help cover office staff meetings, etc. This position covers the Sioux Falls, Brookings, Vermillion, and Mitchell areas. Compensation is based on active hours worked, ensuring fair pay for time spent resolving issues or providing direct care. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** - **On-Call Management:** Respond promptly to caregiver call-offs and manage shift scheduling during after-hours. - **Shift Coordination:** Secure replacement caregivers for open shifts to ensure uninterrupted client care. - **Communication:** Maintain clear and professional communication with caregivers, clients, and management. - **Record Keeping:** Document all call-offs, schedule changes, and shift coverage details accurately. **QUALIFICATIONS** - ***\*\*WELLSKY SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!!!*** - **Education:** High School Diploma or G.E.D certificate preferred. - **Experience:** 1 year of caregiving experience or relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, HCA, PCA preferred but not required). - **Background Check:** Ability to pass a criminal background check. **APPLY NOW** Ready to make a difference?
