You will directly report to the Head of Advisor Success. **Responsibilities:** - Own the Advisor Onboarding Journey: Execute a seamless end-to-end onboarding process for advisors transitioning their practice to Savvy. - Sales-to-Activation Handoff: Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a smooth handoff; optimize advisor onboarding with key milestones that maximize impact in the first 90 days. - Enable Early Adoption: Deliver initial training and resources that empower advisors to quickly leverage Savvy’s software, tools, and financial products. - Deliver Speed to Revenue: Drive revenue results for the company by onboarding advisors quickly.
