You'll be at the centre of content creation, developing engaging written, visual and video communications, coordinating events, supporting investor presentations, and partnering with stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and creative self-starter with strong coordination skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to build relationships and deliver high-quality communications across multiple channels. **Why This Role Matters** In this role you will play a critical part in strengthening IGO’s brand and reputation by delivering impactful communications that enhance employee engagement, reinforce our culture, and support the achievement of our strategic objectives. **What You’ll Do** - Deliver internal and external events, including town halls, conferences and awards; - Coordinate IGO’s community partnership activities and events; - Manage event logistics, collateral and delivery with key stakeholders; - Create audience-focused content across digital and communication channels; - Capture and edit video and photography for internal and external communications; - Design presentations, reports, infographics and digital assets aligned to IGO’s brand; - Support social media planning and delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance; and - Build stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams and suppliers. **What You’ll Bring** You will be customer focused, have a willingness to learn and contribute to a small team and be flexible in your approach. We are ideally seeking candidates who meet most of the following; - Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, Journalism, Media, Marketing or equivalent experience; - Proven experience in content creation, including copywriting, video, photography and visual assets; - Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment; - Clear and confident communication skills; - Experienced in event coordination (some out of office hours work will be required); - Adaptable and flexible approach to work and changing priorities and moving deadlines; - Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (essential); - Adobe Creative Suite experience (desirable); - Experience with copywriting for a variety of channels and audiences; - Familiarity with brand governance, approval processes and social media management tools; and - Recent National Police Clearance (within the last 2 months). **Apply Today** We value every applicant and commit to responding to all applications.
