Originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM has grown to annually serve more than 2,500 youth across East Harlem and the South Bronx through a network of seven PreK-12, extended-day, extended-year DREAM Charter Schools and community sports-based youth development programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement Operations, this role provides administrative, operational, and project coordination support across the Advancement department. The Advancement Operations Coordinator serves as a key partner to Advancement leadership and works closely with the Director of Special Events, Advancement Operations Manager, Special Events Manager, Annual Fund Manager, Database Manager, and frontline fundraisers to support the day-to-day operations that enable fundraising success. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating projects, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships across teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow within nonprofit fundraising and Advancement Operations.
