### **Position Summary** The Advanced Supply Chain professional serves as the Supply Chain Management representative for new business and program launches, acting as the primary SCM contact for cross-functional program teams. This role is responsible for achieving target costs, supporting supplier selection, coordinating launch activities, and ensuring successful program execution from quotation through Start of Production (SOP). ### **Key Responsibilities** - Lead supply chain activities for new product launches from quotation through SOP. - Develop and manage target costing for new programs. - Coordinate timing, APQP activities, and cost management as the Supply Chain Program Manager. - Drive flawless product launches through effective supplier and cross-functional collaboration. - Coordinate supplier technical reviews with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Commodity Management. - Support supplier RFQs, sourcing recommendations, and cost estimates. - Facilitate consensus on supplier selection with program teams. - Manage supply chain change management activities throughout the program lifecycle. - Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement. ### **Qualifications** **Required** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of Supply Chain experience. - 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. - Experience with ERP systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to travel domestically as needed. **Preferred** - Experience supporting automotive product launches. - Knowledge of APQP, supplier development, and sourcing processes. - Experience with target costing and cost management. - Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes. - Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ### **What We're Looking For** - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong organizational and project management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
