Salary Ranges from £45,100 to £49,000 Key Duties will Include: As an Advanced Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a first-class service to children and young people in Gloucestershire. Our client adopts a systematic social work practise, taking a relational approach to working with families. Managing a small, protected case hold up to 8 children and young people. Ability to deal with complex cases and supervise the development of Trainee and Newly Qualified Social Workers. Promoting quality control and improvement activities within the team. About You: Demonstrate experience within safeguarding and assessment at a Senior Social worker level. Qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England (SWE). Valid driving license. Up to date knowledge of legislative framework and evidence-based best practice initiatives. Practise Educator Qualification (or working towards). Ready to Make a Positive Impact?
