At Mountain View Pain Center, we believe healing happens best when providers communicate, support one another, and place the patient experience at the center of everything we do. **Position Overview** We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient pain management setting. You will work with both new and established patients, helping develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits - Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams - Develop and manage individualized treatment plans - Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines - Order and interpret diagnostic tests - Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams - Perform minor procedures (training provided) - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR **Qualifications** - Active NP or PA license (required) - Active DEA license (required) - Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required - Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively **Schedule** - Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM - No call or weekend requirements **Compensation & Benefits** - $95,000 – $110,000 annually - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Malpractice coverage - Paid time off + holidays - Short- and long-term disability - License/dues reimbursement - CME days + annual CME budget **Work Environment** - 100% onsite outpatient clinic - Supportive, team-oriented culture - Focus on quality care over volume
